Central High School of Martinsburg is noted for having a long history with softball. It all starts with the Spring Cove Youth League. From the tie die shirts to the crazy socks and pigtails where the girls start making memories and improving their skills in the game. After the summer leagues they move to junior high and then onto varsity softball. Some decide to branch out to travel ball teams while the others are content with just school ball.
