    If you've driven through North Woodbury Township lately you may have noticed something a little out of the ordinary attached to some stop signs. To encourage drivers to come to a complete stop, the signs (shown right) point out that stopping costs nothing, while a rolling stop, which is when a driver slows down but doesn't come to a complete stop before proceeding through the intersection, will cost the driver $158 and three points on their driver's license.     There was cause for applause in two Cove basketball games this week. The Central Boys Basketball Team happily celebrates their defeat over Penn Cambria, who was also undefeated.     The final meeting of 2022 of the Roaring Spring Borough Council set the table for 2023 with the passing of the budget with no tax increase along with employee and outside firm appointments. Borough Manager Lisa Peel will retain her title and position with Michelle Bowser and Shari Lanzendorfer continuing as office staff.
