    Officials in Martinsburg Borough and North Woodbury Township are asking all residents to fill out and return their 2020 U.S. Census surveys as quickly as possible. Officials said the 2020 U.S. Census will send out surveys within the next several weeks. Filling out the survey will eliminate the U.S. Census Bureau from going door to door and requesting information. To be named to the president’s list, students must achieve a 4.0 grade point average (GPA) for the semester.     Application forms for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program are now available for eligible Pennsylvanians to begin claiming rebates on property taxes or rent paid in 2019, Revenue Secretary Dan Hassell announced Jan. 23.     The average price of gasoline across Western Pennsylvania is seven cents cheaper this week at $2.764 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
