    Two Cove school districts will be using grant money from the Commonwealth to improve school security. Claysburg-Kimmel will use a $25,000 grant to install a keyless entry system for the elementary school.     The Altoona-Blair County Airport rebounded from a low point in 2020 with a record number of passengers in 2021, according to Airport Manager Tracy Plessinger.
