    With the $1,049,000 Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER II) Fund Williamsburg Community School District will be receiving, the school board announced some plans for the grant during last Tuesday evening’s school board meeting. Allotted by Congress to the Education Stabilization Fund, ESSER II Funds are intended to provide emergency relief to schools affected by COVID-19.     Over the past year, it has become standard for members of the Williamsburg community to see Harry Mullins distributing food from the back of a truck. What they may not know is how it began.
