    Conemaugh Nason Medical Center in Roaring Spring celebrated "Donate Life Month" by having speakers and a flag-raising ceremony on Tuesday, April 23.     The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) provided an update on May 1 on the status of its photo licensing services. While all photo licensing services are once again available statewide, in some cases customers processed on May 1 may have received a driver’s license or identification card displaying the word “interim.” The interim product is valid for 15 days and can be used like all other driver’s license or identification card products within the valid period.     The Williamsburg Municipal Authority has been awarded a $4.3 million loan to be used for upgrades to the borough's aging water system. The low-interest loan through the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (Pennvest) was obtained with the aid of state Sen. Judy Ward and state Rep. Jim Gregory.
