    Woodbury Borough Council held its monthly meeting on Monday, July 6. Wayne Brumbaugh, who considered the open mayor’s position, was in attendance but declined.     The supervisors of South Woodbury Township met on Tuesday, July 7. Supervisor Rick Musselman remembered the late Bob Detwiler, a community member who was also on the planning committee for the township.
