    The Pennsylvania State Police, Hollidaysburg, is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 7:47 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, in Taylor Township, Blair County. According to State Police, a 2009 Ford Fusion driven by Jeremy Hart, 40, struck a tan 2008 Ford Taurus driven by Donna Jean Cox, 77. Cox had entered the intersection of State Route 36 from Cross Cove Road. Cox, who was wearing her seatbelt, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.     A 36-year-old Martinsburg man was killed in a motorcycle accident Monday night, Sept. 7, in Hopewell Township, Bedford County. Pennsylvania State Police, Bedford, said Ryan W. Brenneman, was traveling on a west in the 300 block along Woodbury Pike (State Route 36) on a motorcycle and failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway.
