Pretzel Bark Candy Ingredients: 1-lb. milk chocolate candy coating, chopped 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter 1-lb. white candy coating, chopped 2 cups coarsely chopped pretzel sticks Directions: Line a cookie sheet with foil.     Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar reported Oct. 7 that Pennsylvania's voter registration total is 8,908,777, an apparent record high. The deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 3 election is Oct. 19. Secretary Boockvar also announced that counties have approved nearly 2.5 million mail ballot applications, and 95 percent of those ballots have been mailed, or are about to be mailed, to voters.     The South Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors met Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the township building. Dave Butterbaugh from Lehman Engineers was present to get signing on a plot of ground from the Dewiler Farm’s F5111.     Stiffler McGraw engineer John Clabaugh told Williamsburg Municipal Authority during last Tuesday evening’s meeting, Oct. 6, that he are still waiting for operating permits for the pump station project. Clabaugh said that he hopes to have testing done at the pump station mid-October and is planning for a November start-up date.
