Photos from: Cove's High Schools To Recognize More Than 300 Graduates

Graduates in 2020 adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic by having drive-in commencements, virtual ceremonies and graduation promenades. Now, in 2021, high schools are able to return to some sense of normalcy. Though all ceremonies will be held outside (weather permitting), the four local high schools – Central, Claysburg-Kimmel, Northern Bedford and Williamsburg – are all able to have ceremonies that graduates can attend in person this year. On Sunday, May 31, 2020, Claysburg-Kimmel High School's Colin Thompson (pictured) chatted with some of his family members before the start of the school's atypical graduation ceremony.
