LARUE S. BARNER

LaRue S. Barner, 97, of Harrisburg, passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at Colonial Park Care Center.

At the request of the deceased no public services will be held.

Interment will be at Dry Hill Cemetery.

LaRue was born on Oct. 12, 1921, in Volant, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Kenneth D. and Dorothy (Clouse) Shaffer.

She was united in marriage with Charles H. Barner Jr. on Oct. 9, 1943, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Potter Creek. He preceded her in death on Aug. 29, 1952.
