Dragons Race to 3-0 Start

The Central Dragon boys’ basketball team traveled to Penns Valley and Bald Eagle Area last week for Mountain Conference games and found ways to escape with a pair of hard-fought victories.

On Dec. 10 against a deliberate Rams squad, Central won the opening quarter 7-3 and led 14-11 at intermission. The teams played to an even 8-8 third quarter before Penns Valley took a five-point advantage with under a minute to play.
