KENNETH 'DUCK' WALTER

Kenneth "Duck" Walter, 28, of Martinsburg, died on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Kenneth was born on Nov. 18, 1990, in Altoona, the son of Wayne W. Walter and Renee (Aungst) Rhodes.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Renee and Roy Rhodes of Martinsburg; his father, Wayne W.
