NBC Wrestlers Fall to Mt. Union

The Northern Bedford High School wrestling team fell by four, 40-36, to visiting Mount Union on Dec. 18.

The loss dropped the Black Panthers to 4-3 on the season.

NBC scored 24 team points in the final four bouts, as they won two by fall and two by forfeit.

Three NBC wrestlers earned falls on the evening - Jay Ebersole (220 pounds), Colby Imler (160) and Austin Mowry (170).

Black Panthers who were awarded forfeits were Ian Sherlock (138), Alex Fouse (182) and Luke Welsh (195).

Mount Union earned five falls, won one bout by major decision and was awarded one victory by forfeit.
