Welfare Council To Meet Jan. 25

The Blair County Health and Welfare Council will meet from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, at The Arc of Blair County.

The guest speaker will be Denise Adams from the Family Resource Center. Adams will speak about the center’s program called Families In Recovery, Strengthening Connections One Day at a Time.

In case of inclement weather, the council will follow the Altoona Area School District’s schedule. If the AASD delays or cancels school, the meeting will be cancelled.
