Woodbury Council to Help with Lift System

Members of the Southern Cove Volunteer Fire Co. attended the Woodbury Borough Council meeting Jan. 7.

Harold Zimmerman and Kim Grimes demonstrated the need for a new lift system for the ambulance. The ambulance was brought to the meeting and shown to councilmembers.

Grimes said that many times three women respond to a call in the ambulance. Lifting has become a problem, especially if there is a heavy person.
