Drug Possession

Tracy Foor, 43, of Woodbury, was charged by State Police, Bedford, with drug possession. On Dec. 21, police responded to reports of a woman stumbling around a convenience store on Quaker Valley Road, East Saint Clair Township. Police found Foor in her vehicle in the parking lot and found her to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in the possession of methamphetamine and crack cocaine. Charges were filed on Jan. 31.
