Area Foundation Aids Food Pantries, Backpack Programs

M&T Bank's Charitable Foundation gave monetary contributions to area food pantries and backpack programs on Jan. 23 at the Altoona Grand Hotel and Conference Center. M&T Bank's Charitable Foundation held its 10th annual luncheon on Wednesday, Jan. 23, in which it gave monetary contributions to area food pantries and backpack programs which included the Martinsburg, Roaring Spring and Northern Bedford/Woodbury food pantries and the Scarlet Dragons Backpack program.

Marci Albright, M&T charitable coordinator and Martinsburg resident, along with Bob Bilger, regional chairman for the foundation, chaired the program held at the Altoona Grand Hotel and Conference Center.
