Pa. Attorney Gen'l Sues UPMC Over Insurance Acceptance

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has accused healthcare provider UPMC of violating its obligations to patients as a charity organization and is suing to force the nonprofit to come to an agreement with rival Highmark.
