Woodbury to Review Sidewalk Ordinance

Woodbury Borough Council held its monthly meeting on Feb. 4.

Mayor Dave Chesney brought up discussion on the sidewalk ordinance that is dated back to 1914. Council will review data and possibly update the ordinance to include keeping sidewalks clear.

Discussion continued to try and resolve the Kaufman House issue. The council agrees it is now a safety hazard and it will continue to work and discuss how this issue can be resolved. The house, which is vacant and needs a lot of work, has not been purchased by anyone.
