Drug Possession

Scott Bruening, 21, of New Enterprise, was charged by State Police, Bedford, with possesion of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Bruening was arrested along Cave Road and Brumbaugh Road, South Woodbury Township, Bedford County, on Feb. 5.
