North Woodbury Twp. Hears Update on Oakview Estates

February 28, 2019

The North Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors held its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Feb. 7 at the township building.

Nick Fanelli was present to address the board on the progress of Oakview Estates. Larry Lashinsky, solicitor, made it clear that the township would like revised plans and an estimated time limit for completion.

Fanelli said that the street paving in the development will be done all at once, not in phases. He will try to have all approved permits from the Department of Environmental Protection and revised plans before the next supervisors’ meeting.

The township received an estimate of $1,748 from US Municipal to repair the damage to the International Truck. After the truck is fixed and no other damage is found, the bill will be paid.

Atlantic Broadband coverage will be upgraded which will improve service and result in a savings of $27 a month.

The phasing schedule from The Village at Morrisons Cove was accepted after being reviewed by Greg Geishauser.
