Northern Bedford High School senior Austin Mowry competed in the 170-pound weight class at the PIAA Class 2A Wrestling Championships held March 7-9 at Hershey's Giant Center. Mowry won one of his three bouts in the tournament, finishing his senior year with a 29-9 record.

Mowry placed second at 170 pounds at the District 5 tournament on Feb. 16. He then placed fifth at the Southwest Regional Tournament on Feb. 22-23 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
