On Thursday evening a party was held at the home of Dr. and Mrs. W.M. Bolger in honor of the seventeenth birthday of their son Joseph. The party was planned by the senior class of the Martinsburg High school of which the young gentleman is a member and was a complete surprise. The evening was pleasantly spent in playing games and music. At a late hour delicious refreshments were served, after which all returned home.
