Harassment

State Police, Bedford, have charged Justin Cunningham, 31, of Martinsburg, with harassment following an incident along Pulpit Road, Woodbury Township. On April 9, police were called to the home of a 63-year-old man for a report of Cunningham yelling and threatening him.
