Blue Pirates Drop 3 on Diamond

The Williamsburg Blue Pirates’ baseball team fell to 0-9 following three losses during the past week.

Mount Union 24, WHS 5

Visiting Mount Union scored in all five innings during its 24-5 victory over the Blue Pirates on April 9.

The Trojans scored three in the first, two in the second, seven in the third, five in fourth and seven in the fifth. WHS scored all five of its runs in the third.

Josiah Dowey and Lambert Palmer each drove in two runs for the Blue Pirates.
