After Her Loss, Claysburg Woman Fighting to Change Health Info Law

Peggy Miller looks over a list of goals her daughter Missy wrote shortly before her death from a drug overdose. Peggy is fighting to get a portion of the HIPPA law changed that will allow families to have input into the treatment of adult family members suffering from addiction.
