This weather sure has me feeling like summer even though it’s still spring.

Something my family loves to eat in the summer is salsa – and I thought let’s start one of my favorite seasons a little early this year and have two tasty new recipes to add to your salsa collection.

Fresh Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

3 ripe mangos, diced

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

1 large lime, juiced

1/4 tsp salt to taste
