Autopsy: Man Found on Nason Dr. was Victim of Hit and Run

An Everett man found dead along Nason Drive in Roaring Spring on Thursday morning, April 18, was the victim of a hit and run.

State Police, Hollidaysburg, said John R. Garner, 64, had gone to the emergency department at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center on Wednesday evening, April 17, for treatment of a laceration.

Police said Garner was discharged at approximately 6:30 p.m. and hospital surveillance video showed him leaving the hospital on foot. Garner was reported missing when he did not return home.
