Negotiations are in progress which, if completed, will result in the properties of the Combined Paper Mills, Inc., including the Bare Mill at Roaring Spring. being acquired by the National Cash Register Company of Dayton, Ohio. Further details concerning the progress of this proposed merger are expected to be announced soon by the latter company.
