Police Asking for Help in Fatal Hit-and-Run in Roaring Spring

Crime Solvers of Blair County and the Pennsylvania State Police in Hollidaysburg are asking for the help to solve a fatal hit and run along Nason Drive in Roaring Spring.

John R. Garner, 64, was treated at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center on the evening of April 17 and was discharged at around 6:30 p.m. He left Nason on foot.

Garner’s body was discovered at 9 a.m. the next morning in the rear parking lot of the former Bickel’s Surplus store just off Nason Drive.
