Blair Co. Reports Retirement Fund Investment Returns

The Blair County Retirement Board, consisting of Commissioners Bruce Erb and Ted Beam and Treasurer Jim Carothers, recently met with Pat Wing of Marquette Associates, Inc., to review the Blair County Employee Retirement Fund’s Investment Performance Report for the first quarter of 2019.

The fund had an investment return of 8.5 percent for the quarter (net of investment management fees), generating an investment gain of nearly $2.6 million.
