One woman was injured when she jumped from the roof of her burning home along Berwind Road, Frankstown Township, on Wednesday, May 22. The duplex was a total loss.
A Hollidaysburg woman was taken to the hospital with injuries sustained from jumping off a roof to escape her burning home.
Fire crews were called to a duplex along the 600 block of Berwind Road, Frankstown Township, at approximately 10 a.m. on May 22.
When crews from the Geeseytown Community Fire Co. arrived, a woman was trapped inside a second floor room yelling for help.
