PennDOT District 9 to Continue 'Plow' Program

PennDOT District 9 is continuing its “Paint the Plow” program.

The success of the program is affording PennDOT the opportunity to continue the initiative to high schools and career technical school in each of the district’s six counties; Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset, as well as elementary schools in Huntingdon County.
