MUNICIPAL

 

Harassment

James Cox, 22, and Amanda Lee, 28, both of Claysburg, have been charged with harassment. State Police, Bedford, were called to a domestic incident along Walter Hollow Road, Kimmel Township, on June 14. Police said the pair were involved in a verbal argument over custody of their child. The argument turned physical when they pushed each other.

DUI

State Police, Hollidaysburg, have charged Jeffrey Gates, 57, of Claysburg, with driving under the influence following a motor-vehicle crash along Bedford Street, Greenfield Township, Blair County, on May 15.

DUI

Wendy Ehredt, 51, of Roaring Spring, was charged with DUI on May 26. Hollidaysburg State Police were dispatched to the Turkey Hill in Roaring Spring after Ehredt told employees she was having a medical emergency. EMS personnel determined that there was no medical emergency but that she was under the influence of alcohol.

Burglary

State Police, Hollidaysburg, are investigating the theft and destruction of several items and property at the Williamsburg Community Farm Show Building, 1019 Recreation Drive, Catharine Township, Blair County. According to police, unknown persons entered into the building on June 18 and stole a "No Trespassing" sign, a case of soda, candy and potato chips, a case of water and a set of keys. A piece of a wooden fence and a wooden sawhorse were burned.

Theft

State Police, Hollidaysburg, have charged Craig Richey, 42, of Imler, and Garrett Weyandt, 35, of Claysburg, with theft. According to police, Richey and Weyandt were attempting to remove a fuel cell from a property along Buttermilk Hollow Road, Greenfield Township, Blair County, on April 26 when a neighbor stopped them and held them for police.
