Notice: Herald Community Yard Sale Property Policy

Due to insurance company requirements, the Herald cannot permit yard sale booths to be set up on Herald property. The Herald apologizes for this inconvenience.

Note that the Herald’s property includes the building and the grassy lot next to the Herald building extending from the sidewalk beside the Herald building over to the noticeable dip in the grassy area. The area from the dip to Julian Street is owned by another Martinsburg resident.

Any booth that is set up on Herald property will have to be removed. The Herald is not responsible for any events, accidents or occurrences involved in unauthorized activity.
