Woodbury Seeks Permit Officer

Woodbury Borough Council met on June 3 at the Woodbury Area Community Center.

The building permit officer position remains vacant. Vice President Shawn Claycomb will temporarily hold this position until it is filled. The majority inspector position remains vacant and will need to be filled before the November election.

Mayor Dave Chesney said that some issues with the grass cutting ordinance and grass growing too long without cutting have been resolved.

Chesney said a ditch located beside Barkman Oil needs to have a bigger pipe. The mayor said he will obtain an estimate for this.
