It’s picnic time at the Gorsuch house! We love any excuse to have some good old-fashion picnic food. One of my favorite TV chefs, Arlene Williams, serves up some inspiration for these two delicious recipes that may accompany any picnic.

Patriotic Potato Salad

Ingredients:

3 lbs. white potatoes

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp. celery seed

1/2 tsp. paprika

2 cups mayonnaise

Paprika for garnish

1 egg, hard-boiled and sliced
