Charles E. Smith, 70, of Lewisberry, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, at Lighthouse Baptist Church of Dover. Pastor Sterling Walsh will officiate. Friends will be received at noon till the 1 p.m. service.

Charles on born on Oct. 25, 1948, in Roaring Spring, the son of the late Eli D. and Helen A. (Reese) Smith.

Charles married Sally Makuta on May 27, 1995, in Texas.
