Theft

State Police, Bedford, are investigating the theft of two checks from a vehicle along Brumbaugh Road, South Woodbury Township between July 9 and July 10. The victim is a 63-year-old New Enterprise woman.

Theft

State Police, Bedford, are investigating the theft of a gas can from a property along Middle Ridge Road, South Woodbury Township, between July 8 and July 9.

Animal Theft

Hollidaysburg State Police have charged Micheal Bowmaster, 41, of Duncansville, with theft. According to Hollidaysburg police, Bowmaster trespassed on a property along Huntingdon Pike, Williamsburg, on June 21 and removed a miniature baby goat from the care of its mother. Bowmaster was caught on a trail-cam placing the goat under his arm and removing it from the property.

When questioned by police, Bowmaster said that he was playing a joke on his girlfriend by pretending he had a goat. The goat was returned to the owner unharmed.
