Duncansville Celebrates Annual Community Days

Duncansville Mayor Lloyd Forshey and an ambitious volunteer group work diligently for nearly a year to bring three days of celebration to Duncansville. This year, Duncansville residents and surrounding communities came to enjoy traditional Community Day activities in a newly renovated Memorial Park.

Revitalized with new paved, handicapped accessible walking paths, bridges, rain gardens to help with past flooding issues, upgraded baseball fields and more, the park welcomed visitors from Thursday, July 18, through Saturday, July 20.
