Army Spc. Chad A. Edmundson, 20, was honored July 17 at a dedication and memorial service at Riverside Park, Williamsburg. Edmundson, of Williamsburg, died May 27 in Baghdad of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit while on a dismounted patrol. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry, 56th Stryker Brigade, Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Over 200 community members, friends and family members attended the service in his memory. A Gazebo was donated anonymously in honor of Edmundson and all those in military service....
