Simple Assault

Hollidaysburg State Police have charged Dylan Pheasant, 26, of Williamsburg, with simple assault and domestic violence following a domestic dispute along Clover Creek Road, Huston Township, on June 19.

Harassment

State Police, Hollidaysburg, have charged Lisa Litzenberger, 47, of Woodbury, and Skylynn Miller, 19, of Claysburg, with harassment with physical contact following a domestic incident along Coin Drive, Greenfield Township, on May 27.

Trespassing

State Police, Hollidaysburg, are investigating an incident involving criminal trespass. Police said an unknown male walked into a Martinsburg woman's home along Madison Road, North Woodbury Township, on May 26. The suspect left the area operating a blue in color Toyota Rav 4 of unknown registration.

Assault

State Police, Bedford, have charged Jared Lamburn, 19, of Alumn Bank, with assault with bodily injury. Police said Lamburn assaulted a 27-year-old Claysburg woman along Lovely Road, Lincoln Township, on July 8. Lamburn was committed to the Bedford County Jail.

Theft by Deception

State Police, Bedford, are investigating a case of identity theft and theft by deception. Police said that on July 17, a 24-year-old Claysburg woman discovered two cellphone accounts were opened using her personal information.
