Man Arrested for Throwing Jugs of Urine

A Portage man was arrested after police said he threw urine-filled jugs onto the properties of three people with whom he had a personal vendetta.

Police said that Earl Flynn, 66, of Portage, over a years time, would fill plastic jugs with urine and then throw them onto properties in Duncansville and East Freedom

On July 26, State Police, Hollidaysburg, were contacted by one of the residents concerning the incidents.

Police said the victims are a 53-year-old Duncansville male, a 65-year-old East Freedom male and a 66-year-old East Freedom female.
