The Spring Cove School Board approved housing another Head Start program in the school district. Child Advocates of Blair County will host the Head Start preschool program at the Spring Cove Middle School. Superintendent Rodney L. Green said Head Start believes the location is a “good fit.” The class of up to 17 preschool children will be located in the former family consumer science room in the lower level of the school.
