Shape of You Fitness Studio held its grand opening at 311 Allegheny St. in early August with the promise of delivering on all those fundamentals.

Owner Delsie Detwiler must have found the right combination. This is her second grand opening this year. She opened her first Shape of You studio in February on Montgomery Street, and has already had to relocate for expansion.
