Gov. Tom Wolf and Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding made Ritchey's Dairy their second stop on a visit to Blair County on Friday, Aug. 9.
The visit was partly a promotion tour for the administration's farm policies and partly a stop on the Pennsylvania Ice Cream Trail.
