ROSE C. STEWARD

Rose C. Steward, 89, of East Sharpsburg, Roaring Spring, died peacefully Sunday morning, Aug. 11, 2019, at Homewood at Martinsburg.

A funeral mass was held Wednesday, Aug. 14, at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Newry. Father Allen P. Zeth officiated.

Interment was made in East Sharpsburg Cemetery.

Rose was born May 10, 1930, in Stamford, Conn., the daughter of the late Bartholmeo and Mary (Sabia) Rosa.

She married Richard Alvin Steward Jan. 15, 1968. He preceded her in death May 5, 2002.
