Accepting Sealed Bids

Northern Bedford County School District is accepting sealed bids for the supplying of wood chips to utilize as fuel for its bio mass boiler. Notice of Pesticide Application: Nutrien Ag Solutions of Tyrone, PA is giving notice of intent to make ground applications on agricultural crops during the next 30 days in Armstrong, Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Beaver, Cambria, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Fayette, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Mifflin, Somerset, Washington and Westmorland Countries.

NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 5, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., the Board of Supervisors of North Woodbury Township, Blair County, PA will meet at the North Woodbury Township Municipal Building, 113 Cranberry Road, Martinsburg, PA, (which meeting will be held no less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice) to consider for enactment three Ordinances (the AOrdinances@). The summary of these Ordinances is as follows:

ORDINANCE 09-05-19(A) REGULATING ANIMALS IN THE TOWNSHIP; REGULATING BEHAVIOR OF CERTAIN ANIMALS; PROVIDING A MECHANISM FOR ENFORCEMENT; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS.

ORDINANCE 09-05-19(B) REGULATING THE DISPLAY OF ANY FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND WITHIN THE LIMITS OF NORTH WOODBURY TOWNSHIP.
