Even the rain couldn’t keep people away from the 19th annual Pennsylvania State Singing Convention Aug. 11-14 at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park, Martinsburg. A total of 179 campers were set up at the park. More than 60 groups performed for the capacity crowds.
